The biggest progress I've made is convincing DH that if we're not pregnant this month, we should see a fertility specialist. He finally agreed so if we're not pregnant, I'll make an appt. with a doctor who takes our insurance.

I've been absent from the board, but reading up on all you wonderful ladies. For me, I'm going back to my Dr. this Friday. AF has been absent for 93 days now. Why did I wait so long to go back to the Dr you might wonder? Many times I thought she was on her way.. all the classic symptoms, sometimes some spotting, and then nothing. She has been wanting me to have an HSG, but they will not do it until I get my period, and the last time AF showed up, I was in California on business during my window of opportunity to have the HSG done. I'm frustrated and quite frankly, feeling very defective...yes, I've been having a pity party for myself..planning my sister's baby shower (which is this weekend) has really taken a toll on me. I'll be happy when it's over. Part of the other reason I haven't gone back to my Dr, is out of pure fear. I'm so fearful that there is something so completely wrong with me and I'm just afraid to face it. It may seem like I'm not serious about getting pregnant, but I am...the fear of the unknown (or what I'm feeling is the truth deep down inside) has been keeping me frozen in my tracks.

I'm kinda new here too. DH and I have been trying for 11 months, with a m/c at 6 weeks last October. That seems like so long ago and it kind of is! If we don't get a BFP this month then I'll be starting off with the doctor next month. I guess I'll make an appt. with my OB/GYN first. Is that usually the first step? I wish you all lots of luck and I'm sending baby dust your way!

My ultrasound revealed no new fibroids and he mentioned that my uterus looked fine. Thank goodness! I was worried about new fibroids.

I have been trying for over 2yrs, 5-6 IUI's and for personal reasons am not going to do IVF. I am currently on CD 34 and no af. My cycles have always been 28 days, and last month af just didnt seem right, so I tested and it was a bfn. Now, I am sitting here, no af, yesterday I was crampy like af was coming but today nothing, this am I feel a little nausea and my bb's are a little sore but nothing major. I will test on Sat if af still doesnt show, but for now my dh and I need to work out some things (personal) which I am hoping will allow us to adopt next summer if nothing naturally happens.

We've been officially trying for 1 year. I was on Clomid alone for a few months, but it didn't help me with ovulation and I needed Provera every time to get Af.
I have officially been diagnosed with PCOS and am now on Metformin. I hate it because it makes my IBS even worse, but I'm tryiing to stick with it.
On Thursday I am going to LIJ to be "put under" so I can have my endometrial biopsy, since I couldn't handle the procedure in Dr. Brenners office.
