UPDATE!!! So much for not bleeding this PG...
I got home around 6:00pm and felt a little wet, went into the bathroom and found blood. Not just a little bit, but just like I started a flow from my period.  I knew I shouldn't have posted these PG questions, I just jinxed myself.  I don't have any cramps at all, (knock on wood) and it looks like it's brown now. I'm not going to the ER like I did with my 2nd son. The copay is high. I do have a doppler at home and I found the heartbeat and it's the same it's been for days now at 171. Please  that there's nothing wrong with the baby. I would be so devastated. I did my crying and now I just have to wait to go to the Dr's tomorrow. I'll be calling first thing. I really thought I was going to make it through without seeing the horrible blood. Guess not. I'm suppose to be 10w this Friday. I'll keep you updated. 
ETA UPDATE:
Went to my Dr. and of course at first she looked all sad but hoping that everything was ok.
Well, the baby looks great! I'm 9w5d and it's measuring 10w3d. Heartrate was 177 and was wiggling all over the place. She said the baby looks beautiful! She did see a small blood clot in my cervix and a VERY TINY subchorionic hemmorage. I had this with my younger son, but was much bigger. She said she usually sees it more than 20 times bigger. She's very happy with everything and believes that I will go on and have a little baby. And knowing that I did have bleeding with my other 2 PG's and went on to having those babies is good too. I got a ton more pictures. You can even see fingers in one of them!
She said don't be surprised if I continue having brown blood/spotting because of the blood clot in my cervix.
She said of course you always worry when/if you bleed while PG, but seeing the baby moving, great heartrate, measuring ahead, etc. she doesn't see any problems!!! So I'm going to continue that everything goes well and hopefully I won't have any more bleeding. Thanks for all your well wishes, they mean so much!!! Bleeding is definitely scary, but doesn't always mean something bad!!!

So sorry you are going through this. I will be for you! Just fyi I too was sent to the hospital for heavy bleeding and they found a subchorionic hematoma or whatever it is called and both babies were absolutely fine. I was 11 weeks and 12 weeks the two times I have been to L&D already! So far everything is ok with them still and although the bleeding had stopped it started again Sunday night :( but now it is more of a brown finally so I am hoping its the end! If you hear the heartbeat that is GREAT!!! keep us all posted!

I am so sorry, I am going through this right now, and it is very scary. But the fact that you found the heartbeat is great. My doctor made me feel much better about the bleeding today at my appt. I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry.

I'll be thinking about you I spotted up until my 12th week...around my 10th, I bled like I was starting my period. Went to the dr. who said it was probably the placenta (and something other things that go along with that) and not to worry. Good luck!!!
