UPDATE-Need prayers for my lab, Sadie!!!
UPDATE-Sadie had the surgery on Friday. She was eating and walking around. However her fever is back to 104. I don't know what to do anymore. I have contacted three holisitic vets. Maybe traditional medicine isn't working for her. I"m so sad and disappointed!! 
I normally don't post on pets but need prayers. My 7 year old chocolate lab, Sadie is very sick. $5k and two vets later they still have no idea what's wrong with her.
We are hearing a severe case of cellulitis to mass cell tumors. She is at an Animal ER and they still can't find a reason for her illness. She is getting IV treatments to control her high temp. I feel like we are going to lose her.
We lost our 8 year old yellow lab in August and can't bear the thought of losing another. 
Any advice from fellow lab owners??

Thanks for the concern. She is having surgery tomorrow. There is only a 50/50 chance the surgery will work. As of now, the vet "thinks" she has a severe bacterial infection in the area where she had a previous abscess drained. I got to see her tonight and she looks awful. I think she is giving up the fight.
I feel terrible making her go through the surgery with only a 50/50 chance but couldn't live with myself if we didn't try. I"ll let you know how it turns out.

This the second vet she has been too. We took her to the place my reg vet recommended. He said this is the place that will figure out what's wrong with her. Well....the haven't or at least that what they are claiming. Her blood work shows infection.
Her fever is down!!! I'm hoping they will discharge her today. I spoke with a holistic vet. Very eye opening!!! Meeting with her this week. I hope she can figure out what's wrong.
