I'm freaking out. We're on our way out the door to Stony Brook right now to go and see him. Please - we need prayers!!! i'll update you the next time I have access to a computer which will either be tonight or tomorrow. Thanks everyone!!!
Update: We saw my FIL this afternoon. He had this terribly worried look on his face and got really teary-eyed when he saw us (as did I) We stayed with him for hours until he told us to leave b/c he couldn't keep his eyes open and wanted to get some sleep. They put 5 stents in one of his arteries (which was completely clogged) and are going to add stents (not sure how many) to his other artery on Tues or Wed. He won't get out until at least Wed. We saw photos of how blocked his arteries were and the drs keep telling him that he's lucky he's alive. He was transferred from Brookhaven over to Stony Brook which is where the procedure happened. Thanks everyone for your prayers!!! They're working!!!
