A family member of mine (who coincidentally uses my RE) had the same problem. He went to a urologist who gave him no hope. Then he went to a urologist who specializes in Male Infertility and he discovered a blocked vas deferens AND variecocle!! He had corrective surgery (nothing major) Not even 3 months later they got pregnant on their own!

My DH went to a urologist and then an endocronoligst. They did find out he had some problems but those problems had nothing to do with the sperm issue. They catorgorized him has "unexplained male infertility". His doctor told him 30% of male infertility is unknown. He did have a 1 million sperm count and had enough to work with when we did IVF. He did however freeze two samples just incase the day of he did not have enough.

We went through this about three years ago. My DH did get a diagnosis, which was Klinefelters which is genetic. After going through an emotional rollercoaster, we ended up doing IUI with a sperm donor. We now have a beautiful little girl who we adore. And we hope to have more children in the future.
With no answers, I would definitely go for a second opinion and SA.

My DH has high oxidation levels and dna issues with his sperm and the Dr has no idea why. Thinking genetic or maybe an injury when he was younger. We are devastated also  Sending 
We are looking for a good urologist if anyone can recommend also.
