I would definitely call the FD and ask to speak to the chief. That behavior is totally inappropriate and the FF should face retribution.

and I think you should file the complaint for yourself, that's nice of your neighbor, but why dont you do it yourself ? I think it makes it more credible and more valid (for lack of better words) coming right from you.
was your neighbor there with you ?

Not surprised about that fire department that is terrible I would complain also. You did the right thing by pulling over. Sorry that happened to you.
That is also the same fire department that usually get into fights with each other.

Also did you get the name of the fire Fighter from the back on his jacket?? usually there last name is on it.
