Ummmm - Who Speaks Like This????????

I live on the second floor of a condo complex and have one person below me and one above me. The person above me has their door on the second floor, next to mine, and then has an interior staircase. We have never met the upstairs neighbor, although we've seen her once or twice - doesn't seem like the nicest person.
So, DH and I are bringing stuff up from downstairs and go in and out of our door and it's really really windy tonight so I guess the wind was slamming our door.
DH hears the WT neighbor scream down her stairway - "Stop slamming the door you f-ing idiots"

He comes and tells me half laughing and I was LIVID! He had to hold me back because I was going to knock on her door and flip out on her.
Who the H SPEAKS like that??????
I'm debating on making a complaint at the mgt office

So DH and I have been referring to each other as F-ing idiots since then -as in "Can you give me a glass of water, you f-ing idiot"

Seriously though - what is WRONG with people - although I don't know if I can accurately refer to her as an actual person!

Since you're an f-ing idiot, and probably have no sense of time (as an f-ing idiot usually doesnt) You should start celebrating New Years TONIGHT! and EVERY night until Jan 1st. Pots, pans, noisemakers- the works!!! And, you should scream the countdown at her door everynight.
