ok girls here were my days
CD6, 8, 10-12, 14-16 & CD 27
my cycle was averging 29-30 days and i got my  on cd 15
my only advice is i really believe watching my cm helped me and made me the extra days
i have read that it is sooo important to cover your bases before you o because once you actually ovualate you chances are slim to none

It got super annoying on 15 & 16
try this way if we have the same numbers
maybe even skip 6 & 8 if you think its too much an there wasnt a need on cd 27 lol

So funny, I was going to ask - I'm not sure I understand the point of doing it on 6 and 8. I know deanna's plan says this... but if sperm don't live that long and you know you O around CD 15 then what's the point right? But I'm not sure if I'm crazy or what.

her plan says to start on cd 8 i was just frisky on cd 6
and also it says your dh shouldnt go more than 10 days without "releasing his sperm"
