ugh... still getting high LH readings on OPKS
it's been about a week now. I thought I was pretty sure I got a positive on Monday night but I am still showing dark test lines 
i guess my body is trying to O but it just isn't happening?
i will make sure to temp next month if this month is a bust. currently on CD26.

do you have PCOS? that's pretty much how i figured out i had PCOS. i got a weeks worth of +OPKs and i was temping so i knew i wasn't Oing. then id get negatives for a few days and then the +s would start up a again. this would go on for weeks. sometimes by the third or fourth set i would ovulate and sometimes id go months without ovulating or AF. is your cycle usually regular?

my cycles have ALWAYS been regular, always O between CD16-19 but they have been getting longer over the past 6 months.
this is the first time i've been getting consistant dark lines like this. Monday the OPK was positive. Test lines are dark now, but not positive.

Did you take an HPT? When I got my first bfp back in November, I was getting positive OPK's for a week. Someone told me to take an hpt and sure enough....bfp!

someone else mentioned that, maybe ill pick up a test tonight though I am 98% sure I couldnt be pregnant. stranger things have happened I am sure

dark, some close to the control but not AS dark, some a little lighter. they seem darker at night.

oh well if they aren't as dark or darker then they aren't positive. i wouldnt worry about it then.

thanks. i just didnt expect to continue to get dark lines after I O'd.

Last month I had a whole week where my test line was visibly darker than the control line. It was way too early to ovulate so I knew it was incorrect.
This month I bought the Clear blue tests and compared them to my OPK + tests and the clear blue came back negative.
I now only trust the  tests.

that means your LH was elevated during that time for whatever reason. the line tests are rarely wrong, they are usually just read incorrectly. but if you had a week where you correctly read a + and didn't ovulate..that would be a warning flag for me.. just saying this cause ive been there, and i went months pretending nothing was wrong. but if you are unmedicated, you should not be getting a week of +OPK that isnt followed by ovulation.
