Tuesday QOTD

Early bc Im not sure Im going to have time to get on tomorrow....so just in case.

When you picture your future DC, what do you picture them being? Do you picture a boy or a girl? A girl who is a tomboy, playing sports or into princesses? A boy who is into sports or like to read and do science experiments?

I always pictured DS, to be a boy and rambunctious. He turned out to be a boy, but isnt a boys boy really. Hes quiet and reserved, he cautious. He loves bowling more than life itself, and baseball but isnt really into sports bc hes timid. He loves outerspace and learning about dinosaurs and superheros. Hes smart beyond my wildest dreams, but not bc hes gifted but bc hes SO curious. He is not how I pictured him, he is so different, BUT BETTER!

When I picture this next DC, I picture another boy. I picture them playing together but #2 being more daring and wild and DS always talking him out of getting into trouble.

I know all of us ultimately want a healthy child who is happy being whoever they are and doing what makes them happy, but when you let your mind wander, what does your brain conjure up?

I picture a girl being into girlie things like dresses and makeup...or maybe thats just what I want

girl being a little tomboy like her mama..covered in dirt playing with the boys swinging in a tree..not owning heels and having wrestling dolls rather than barbies

I picture a boy very curious, charismatic, & troublesome I'm sure he'd be a total grease-monkey like the rest of the men in my life...CAR CRAZY A boys, boy for sure. If he's anything like me or DH we're definitely have our hands full. My mom says I'll get my karma

I picture a little boy. A boy that will be into baseball and sports and into all kinds of boy things. A little person that I will have to chase around and will eat everything in site.

I am pcituring a boy. I think it is going to be daddys sidekick. I hope that he has his eyes and compasion.
