no, i didn't, as you all know.
i have too much invested in so many of the women on TTC that i feel cheated when i see the fake names, honestly...
i understand the 'lurker' thing, but at least tell your FRIENDS - ya know?
By posting a BFP - it's not going to change whatever happens....we are NOT IN CONTROL of our bodies.

Nope - although I haven't figured out how I would handle it yet being that I would want the friends/family that are on LIF to obviously hear it from me before reading it on here.
And, I would want to tell you all the second I got a BFP!
So - I have no clue what to do!

I am already under an alias due to lurkers.
But once I get my BFP...because damn it I will...I'll let everyone out in cyber world know who I am. My really close friends already do.
I did make a promise to my late grandmother that I would not tell anyone until after my first trimester. So I am going to try and keep that promise.

No-it's not for me and I have no need. I will try to wait to make a "big announcement" (if I even do that, given the controversy around that) until I see a Dr, but no fakie name in the meantime. My status will be out there for anyone who wants to know.
Also-I only know a few girls from the board IRL so no worry about anyone squealing to my family before I do.

Same here....I do know 1 person IRL, but she will know when I know anyway. Honestly, i'd rather tell you all than family because you have no emotional attachment if I should mc again and yet I know you will be here for me if I need support.

We plan on telling everybody after we get the okay from the Dr. when we have a BFP.  After TTC'ing for so long, I am not going to wait until the first trimester which was my original plan...

I didn't create one. I was a regular poster on IF, but was always quiet about where I was in my cycles. There were a few people that knew via FMs what was going on, and I told those people only after my 2nd beta. I came out officially on the boards after my ultrascreen at 12 weeks.
I had a m/c after my first IVF, and then lost one of my twins at 7 weeks after my second IVF, so I wanted to wait until I was near the end of my 1st trimester.
