TTC Lingo For New People!
Okay - let's start an 'official' thread of all the fun, fun lingo that we use that may not be in the LIF lingo, or even stuff that is and people still don't understand.... Then we can link to this thread when new people come on and are lost.....
FMU - first morning urine (the best to use with a pregnancy test, but NOT ovulation test).
CD - cycle day. CD1 is the first day of your period, the first day you need a pad/tampon is a good rule of thumb.
LP - luteal phase. This is the time after you have ovulated until your next period. On average - it should be 10-14 days. You can take B6 vitamins to extend this phase if it is not long enough.
what else am I forgetting?

The time between ovulation and the time you can test for pregnancy.

temping: the taking of your basal body temperature upon waking. this requires a specific thermometer & needs to be done at the same time every day.
