Does everyone admit that they are trying as hard as they are or do you pretend that your going with the flow?

I have only admitted it to my dh and a couple of my close friends. My family keeps asking when are we going to start ttc. I say we have time, but I'm desperate to be preggo

Luckily, no one has asked us this. My mom knows about my our IF issues and one of my friends. We have been married over a year and 30 is right around the corner, so I am expecting q's soon..... I hope I am pg before they start, because honestly, I don't know how I will handle them...

I tell them we're "practicing"  but not actively ttc. I don't think it's anyone's business...

I never told anyone we were TTC - just my mom. I just would put it off, "we want to redo the kitchen first, maybe next yr...etc

IT IS NOBODY'S BUSINESS.
If anyone asks me, I tell them quite bluntly "It NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS", and politely explain to them that it is rude to ask anyone that question......about as rude as asking someone if they are pregnant, when you're not sure about it.
It embarrasses people....but I think that they deserve it when asking something so personal.
A mother is the only one who has the right to ask that question. But this is just my opinion.
