I read most of Taking Charge of Your Fertility, but started to skim it once I got the gist.
Other than that, most of what I've learned is from message boards and websites!

my dr wrote this book and it was good.
The Baby Solution: Your Essential Resource for Overcoming Infertility
by Daniel Kenigsberg
also taking charge of fertility is helpful
