Too late to get holiday pics taken?

Is it too late to get christmas pics of DS taken? I think it took a while for me to get the actual prints when I took DS to sears last year. Any know if any photographers have any mini shoots?

We just did ours at Picture people today and we got the prints immediately.

We did our shoot last month and I did not like the pictures. I am scrambling to get another family picture done. I don't think it is too late.

I went to target to get them done, they did an excellent job, was a great price too, and they were ready the next week.

I would try to go during the week as they may not have any weekend appointments available this late in the season. I would want a place that will let you walk out with the photo cards right there. You can also just make a scene at your home and take a photo there and do a photo site on line.

Some ideas
Using either a white/cream table cloth or bed sheet as a background place a tree, or a sled and have DC next to or on it.

If you want you could always go to the beach or a park and take some photos there too.

I got an email today that Katie Burnett has a mini holiday shoot on 12/8.

I haven't gone yet, but I am planning on going to picture people. I am waiting for a bow tie that I ordered for DS. Hoping to get an appointment early in the morning during the week.
