Today is my O day.....
And I have been having these wierd "spasms" I guess is the best word for them-all day long. Is this normal? Last month I had some sharp pains around the time of O but nothing like this!

I agree I use to get the same thing like a little uterus shake if that makes sense. It kinda felt like vibrations.
