I used Kotex overnights with the mesh panties the hospital provided. I also used the hospital pads plus took as much home as I could! They worked great - but I think I also had some of the Always pads mentioned in this post and those were just as good. Good Luck!!

I used the always infinity in Heavy flow and overnight. They where nice and thin, and I couldn't believe how good they worked. I bleed alot too. I didn't feel like I was wearing a diaper.
I hated the hospital pads. I only used them the first night since I had DS late at night.
