Yes, Both.
think about their job! it *****! i cant imagine waling up at 3am to be sourrounded by garbage all day. not to mention they are out in all types of weather.
i hate to say it, but your DH is right~ as sad as that can be!!
True but they chose their job. I don't get tipped for my job and I have to deal with the nasty public day in and day out. My vote was NO we don't tip them.
I am one who believes tipping is way out of control these days.

We will tip them both. I really love our garbage guys - they take away anything we put out there. And when we first moved in, we were throwing away all kinds of junk, and they took it.
