So, I have ovulation issues and started clomid and using the CBEFM this month. I got a peak reading on CD16 & 17, I am now on CD 21 and my boobies are so sore, my nipples feel like there are going to fall off. Do I take this as a good sign, or is it too soon for it to be a sign?

I learned the hard way that there really on no signs- it could be good or not. Sorry not really helpful or positive...

I usually feel that way after I O. Then it goes away only to come back right before AF. It is probably too early too see signs that strong.

But
I agree with this and learned that too once I started really paying attention to every little symptom. Most of the signs I get for AF can also be pregnancy symptoms as well. I get really sore boobs and bad cramps approx 7 days before AF.

You might be having those symptoms from the Clomid. Clomid is known to cause all kinds of false pregnancy symptoms. Of course I hope I am wrong and you are pg

But
i agree
sometimes i get that before "O"
sometimes i get it after "O" and before AF
some people get it before BFP
unfortunately, you just have to wait it out
