I used to get involved but not anymore - its just not worth it. Then my sister ends up resenting me.

I shouldn't, but I always do! I can't help it, I want everyone to be happy and always have been the peacemaker in the family.

i used to... my brother and sister are 9 and 10 years younger than me, so i was like their 2nd mother growing up. now i try to be more like a sister than a mother to them, but when theyre acting like real azzes, i have no problem telling them that, and same thing if my parents are being tougher on them than they need to be. But these days, im usually just the sounding board, and they resolve it all themselves.

Yes sometimes I do - I try and mediate a little - Sometimes I just can't help but get involved.

Depending on the situation we all pretty much become involved in my family somehow (whether we want to or not!)

if there is a problem of any sory we have always pulled together to deal with it as a familiy.

but my sister and I have never really had problems with my parents....(no fighting or unsolved arguements) problems that we have had are on a very different level...such as a sick family member.
