Those who were released from an RE
At what week were you released?
I was released at 6 weeks and thought the norm was at least 8...
Just curious.

Re: Those who were released from an RE
for me it was 8 weeks....
i think it's all based on your numbers, progress & growth with the baby, etc..
for me - there was that whole 'scare' period where they thought i was going to m/c...so i think that may be why they held onto me a few more weeks...

Re: Those who were released from an RE
She would have released me at about 7.5 weeks but I couldn't get my first ob/gyn appointment until I was 12 weeks, so she gave me one more ultrasound at 8.5 weeks to ease my mind.

Re: Those who were released from an RE
I was just completely released from my RE @ 9 weeks, but had been told right after seeing the heartbeat to make an appointment with the OB - that was a 7 weeks.
Yesterdays sono was the first I've had since the 7 weeks sono.

Re: Those who were released from an RE
My situation was a little different. I went to my RE untill 10 weeks and she wanted to make sure my regular ob appt was set up for the following week for sure. I had a very rough first trimester with a lot of complications and previous miscarriage but i do know my friends got released right after they heard the heart beat.

I was released at 6weeks. I thought I should have stayed longer, but they saw the heartbeat and my betas were where they needed to be.

Re: Those who were released from an RE
I was released at 7.5 weeks after seeing the heartbeat, but was told if I couldn't get an appointment with my OB soon enough to let them know, and they'd see me again in the meantime.
