Based on responses I've read here, I usually POAS around 3-4 pm. I got my first smiley yesterday!

I do FMU, then early evening-- when I get home from work.
I do it twice a day to ensure I don't miss anything.

First thing in the morning. I drink SO much water during the day which makes the test very inaccurate and unpredictable at any other time of day.
Edited to add - bloodwork and ultrasounds at my RE have confirmed that the OPK's were right on, even using them first thing in the morning.

Depends..when I get the chance..I've done it at all times. The CBEFM is actually right on the money with the OPKs.

I usually used them around 4:30 pm.
Now I use the CBEFM which lets you use FMU so I find it much easier!

I test twice a day also to ensure I dont miss anything. But I use the digital sticks.
