This might be silly
Morning All!
I just realized that I'm not sure when "DPO" is? Does this mean the date you first got a positive in the OPK?
Sorry if this is super dumb

Not dumb at all! It means days past ovulation. So if you say you're 9DPO, it's been 9 days since you ovulated.

well the only way to know for sure when you O is to temp...
the way i do it is, I count the day after i see a  on the opk as my ovulation day... so the day after that (2 days after positive opk) as 1DPO...

Thanks this was my confusion! I didn't know whether to count my first smiley face as day one or the average 24 hrs after as so. You just reminded me that it's the day after that! Thanks have a good day
