the only negative it seems is that it is right off of old town and 25A.
but it looks very wooded, its probably secluded enough.

Im not familiar with those roads are they busy traffic wise all the time? do you know what mall is around there? is it smithhaven?
I think its pretty too but the house advertised full basement but doesnt that house look too low for a basement?

I can't see the link from work- but I know the area well- old town road and 25A are busy out there- but the houses off old town over there are super nice- I grew up on lower sheep - which is is also very busy and connects to old town- but my house was so far from the street I once had 100 people over and from the street you couldn't hear or see anything

Beautiful house!
25A is a fairly busy road. Smithhaven mall is closer to 347 which is further south of where this house is and further west.

smith haven is the mall
my house had a full basement and it was all underground - including the gargage b/c it was built on a hill

25A is busy, Old Town (in that area) is a residential cut through - the maps on MLSLI can be misleading, so as long as she goes to see it, just tell her to go at rush hour to see how busy it is!

ahhhh ok I thought it was a misprint. I have been to the Three Village Inn is it near t here? trying to figure where this house is.

yes - about 5 minutes east on 25A
