This is it for me....(long sorry)
I have posted on here a few times but never really got into my whole story.. I will give kind of a short version. My Dh and I have been trying to conceive for 3 years now. since the night of our honeymoon.. So far 2 failed IVF and 8 IUI 2 of which I miscarried. I am turning 43 in July my DH just turned 49. I have blood clotting issues and N/K cells that are attacking the embrio (possibly) No real proof.. we have exhausted all of our funds bc my health insurance does not cover one cent of this.. So I have been given one more month of meds to do one last IUI. IVF is just not affordable right now and we dont meet any grant options. So I started my meds yesterday.. I am doing femara and injects, steroids and blood thinners. So I am coming here for support. I am telling NO ONE this round. I cant bear the questions. I am scared to death because I know in my heart this is it. Unless we come into some big $$ and I do another IVF but i dont see that happening. I see so many of you on here being so helpful and kind loving to one another.. I think its amazing to have a safe place to come. So here I am I hope I can join you.. Thanks so much.

I'm sorry to hear that -
have you also checked INCIID's IVF scholarship? what about clinical trials? I was going to participate in an IVF cycle one at Univ of Penn and everything was covered except for about $500 of meds. Even if you have to travel it may be worth it.

Its been 15 minutes since I first posted this and I cant believe how soon I have been accepted and responded too. As I sit here crying uncontrolably I have no words.. Thank you sooooo much.. I am so grateful.

Oh my goodness…I can’t even imagine how stressed and deflated you must feel from all of this. I am so sorry you are going through it. Everyday I am amazed at how unfair all of this is…for some more than others, and my heart absolutely goes out to you, and I am inspired by your strength and perseverance! when I was reading your post, the first thing I thought was “YOU HAVE TO STAY POSITIVE!” but I know how trite that must sound to you right now….please try….i will be thinking VERY positive thoughts for you this month….we’re here for you <3

Oh, I am so sorry to hear of your struggles. Please feel free to vent to us anytime, we will all be here for you!!!!!
If IVF, etc. are no longer affordable, maybe try the alternative treatments (acupunture, supplements, yoga, etc.) in addition to the meds you're taking now. The Infertility Cure is a great book, please read it if you haven't already. It gave me alot of hope.
