Think I might have BFP not sure- updated
ok so here's the deal... when I got Pg with DD I didn't realize it b/c I had bleeding and I just assumed it was a period so by the time I noticed a missed period it was actually cycle 2 so I had a definite postive home test b/c I was 8 weeks along. So this time when we were TTCing unsuccessfully, each time I would start bleeding I'd be hoping that it was implantation bleeding instead of AF and I'd waste a home pg test to see b/c I was so hopeful. Now that's it's been months I'd given up hope and again just assumed it's AF but I have a miserable cold and I wanted to take medicine last night and DH was like is it safe, what if we're pg? so that stayed with me so I used a early result test on day 2 of bleeding and have a faint second line? what do you think? very faint line but it's there.
Update: took a digital later on and it was a NO so now I'm back to not sure. Don't know what to make of that one b/c by the time I did that it was not first morning urine. Could be no or could be too soon, right? Picked up more tests so I'll have to try again in the next few days I guess.

A line is a line!!!  congrats!! I would call your dr and ask what you can take. I know some dr.s allow sudafed.

I agree it sounds like you are pg. I would take a digital if you want to "see" real proof and then call your doc and explain what's going on. a blood test could help confirm where you're at. Congrats!

even if its faint..its a line.
i took an early-pregnancy.com strip i had received as freebies from them..the line was faint, but there. I took a digital right after and it came up pregnant.
go get a digital. i bet if you keep testing the next few days the line will be darker!

As long as it showed up within the time limits on the test instructions, then a line is a line!
I'd defintiely call your doctor and try to go in for a beta - my worry would be that you could be having a chemical... KWIM? Hopefully the tests will get darker and your beta will double... good luck!

when I was PG in Sept I took a digital in the afternoon and it said no and took another one the next morning and it said pregnant.

That doesn't mean BFN
The first time I was pg I got such a faint line on the DT test with FMU. I wasn't sure it was real and didn't mention to DH. I got a digital test to take after work so I could see PG and hand it to him - but it didn't say that and I was like  Ruined my cute announcement!
I would try again with FMU in couple of days and maybe test with a line test again tomorrow.

Not very many dpo at all. I've been having really short 21 day cycles. So I've been getting AF the week after I O which I know is weird so that's why I thought it was AF. I'm really only like 8dpo I guess by my calculation which is I'm sure why it was so faint. I didn't really have any intention of testing until DH made me nervous about the cold medicines.

See this is why I HATE the saying a line is a line, because sometimes it's not. I would wait a few days and test again. I had the same thing happen to me in January and guess what it wasn't a real line and I wasn't pg. I hope this is a different out come for you though! Fingers crossed
