these headaches are killing me!
I try not to resort to tylenol all the time but I always cave in... how do you ladies deal with the headaches?

I started drinking a ton more water and the headaches went away...
Like you, I either sucked it up or took tylenol.

i started taking an omega 3 supplement and my headaches started going away! nordic naturals makes a great complete omega 3.6.9 supplement that includes lemon oil and it doesn't give you fish burps too!

Magnesium is also good as a preventative measure. Also lots of water as pp suggested. I also posted a link to a cold pack for the eye area on our August Moms thread. I feel your pain - literally. I'm coming off of a terrible headache that I couldn't get rid of for days. Feel better!

i get them bad too but I think that the water helps. I usually suffer thru it and by the third day I give in. Break out the tylenol.

my doc told me i could take tylenol every single day of my pregnancy and baby would be fine. that said..i didnt start taking any tylenol till a couple weeks ago...but they only help half the time but really try 2 if you need it! xo

I have a headache today ~ ugggh I resort to the tylenol although I try to hold off and hope it goes away on it's own ~ but on xmas day I was trying to be super preggo and I did not take tylenol and then it turned into a migraine and I got sick and I was out for the count the whole day and it was the pits!

A glass of caffeinated soda usually did the trick for me (like someone else mentioned above).
For really bad headaches, I'd take a tylenol and drink some caffeine. Similar to what's in Excedrine medicine (tylenol plus caffeine).
Just make sure you stay within the recommended caffeine guidlelines (200-300 mg. per day)
