these are the days I HATE being a working mom. . .
LOL - didn't see the other thread before I posted!! At least I'm not alone

I hate when Sundays end and hate it more after a long weekend and pretty much being home with him SO much in the last two weeks. I'm sad for him that both DH & I won't be with him all day. . .(DH has been completely off for the last 2 weeks) I'm sure he won't miss but I'll miss his smiley face all day
I don't know why I'm writing this, I just had a rush of sadness & had to get it out.

me too! especially since the 23rd, Ive only worked 2 days total. Im really sad bc I feel like the last 3 solid days I had were a waste bc I had a stomach virus and then pink eye today so Ive been avoiding him to not get him sick and all he wants to do is play with me and doesnt understand its for his own good.  So I didnt get to spend the quality time I wanted too with him!
PLus, he keeps saying OVER AND OVER AND OVER, "mommy, I want you to stay with me" 
Ripping.my.heart.out.

I want to stay home so bad, or at least work part-time. It is my dream!! Sunday nights are so depressing.

Ugh. It was so tough to leave the boys this morning. Plus I forgot my phone so Dh can't even send me picture messages today.
On days like this, I contemplate selling our house and renting a 1BR apt just so I can be a SAHM.

I hate Sundays as well. Especially after a nice long weekend and I had such a great time with Mason.
Although once I get in the office and I know that he's having fun in daycare I'm ok. Then the countdown to Friday begins or vacation. New year so vacation time starts again

I definately feel you. Today is hard, especially when i had to look into DD's big sleepy eyes this morning and she said "bye bye mommy" then closed her eyes and went back to sleep. I miss her so much right now

It was definitely rough going back to work today. Plus I have a doctor's appointment after work tonight so I don't think I am going to see DS until tomorrow morning

I agree.
I feel like I've spent so much time with DS the past couple of weeks - it was tough coming back to work.
One thing that helped though was how happy he was when I left him at daycare this morning - he just moved into a new room and was having so much fun with the "new" toys.

Hate doesn't even begin to describe it. After an amazing 10 days in NY with my family, being with DD every day all day and a delayed flight last night back to FL, it really sucks to be here today. I could totally do the SAHM thing.

Many hugs to ALL of us. I was off with Jordan for the past 16 days and have been crying the past few days at the thought of coming back to work today. I felt like I did at the end of my maternity leave
