I hate days like this

Sydnie cut her bottom 2 teeth in the last 3 weeks. She had some off days but nothing too bad. Now today she is just being- well- a snot! Nothing I do is right by her she's totally cranky and I have to go to work in a little bit and I go feeling so bad since I spent most of the day not even talking to her, just being there and trying anything to make her happy and when I speak it seems to make her worse.

And then, just as she's about to fall asleep, the dogs bark!!!!! How I could kill them

Anyone else have days like this? What do you say to yourself? I have a headache from being stressed about it.

I guess I shouldn't be too upset snce we only have had a handful of these days but man it stinks.

I had a night like that last night. I only get to spend about an hour and a half at night with Kaydyn and she was soooo cranky/crying/screaming the whole time last night. I felt bad but I couldn't wait for her to fall asleep.

aww annie - those day stink! i know what you mean, they are few and far between but they are still not fun or easy to deal with!

when Luca gets like this i put him in the PNP with his toys, or else i cuddle him on the couch with his favorite lovey to chew on and noggin on the TV. whatever makes him happy is what i do.

There are always day like this. Just remember that she is having an off day, just like any one of us could.

Poor baby. I know it is hot outside, but maybe she wants to go in the pool with you and just spend some time outside. Even if it is quick before you go to work. I'm sure the weather is not helping.
