Have you read the Book "Taking Charge of your fertility"?
I think its a MUST for every women trying to get PG to read it and understand what it takes etc.
Theres also a lot of vitamins you can take, but truthfully..your chances if nothing is wrong is 35% and same no matter what you do. Any extra measures help but dont raise your chances too much ( although dont help, so I would do them anyway).
