nope it the christmas card. The mother (i forgot her name) is a corespondent on ET and she showed the family christmas card. Its even on the Entertainment Tonight website.

Kris (the mom) is wearing the same dress that Anne Hathaway wore to one of the awards show earlier this year.
ETA: it was to the Oscars. Although Kris' dress has the draping on the opposite side.
