The Bodies Exhibition?????

Has anyone seen it? I was wondering how long it took to get through. I'm going in to see a show and was wondering if it could be seen before hand.

I personally don't think it is suitable for 7th and 8th graders. They are not mature enough to handle the content (I taught MS for a while). I do think it is appropriate for HS students.

As for timing it is up to you. I would say to give yourself a few hours depending on how slowly or quickly you walk through it.

It REALLY is very educational I feel. As someone who studied a tremendous amount of sciences and for the fact that I work with the human body...........it was very enlightening to me!

For the OP.....if you really take your time & get the audio device, you could be 2-3 hours, depending on how into you are. An hour & a half if you move quickly & don't stay too long at any one exhibit.

Re: The Bodies Exhibition?????

I agree, it depends on how in-depth you want to look at the exhibits, as well as how busy it is. I think we went last April, on a rainy Saturday, and it was really busy. We were there for probably 2.5 hours, but then again I was there with 3 science teachers, so they were REALLY into it!!

But it was soooo cool. We saw even younger kids there, elementary school-age with parents. I doubt they fully grasp it that early though.
