I much prefer the random bo-k of flowers "just because" on lets say March 12th than a dozen roses on FEBURARY 14th ..just because someone tells me its supposed to be a day all about honoring those you "love"

I would prefer DH save the $$ from V-day flowers. If he wants to spend $$, I prefer a gift, since the flowers for V-day are so ridiculously overpriced.

I hate v-day just for that reason  I don't flowers, I don't want to go to dinner, I don't want candy, I want nothing....... I love flowers or any of the above on any day that is NOT a holiday.

In all seriousness, I do look forward to this day now that I have a hubby. I am almost embarrassed to admit how many years I had gone without a honey on Valentine's Day. I guess it is called catching up!!
