Temp spike
How signifcant does it have to be to be an actual spike?
CBEFM says the last peak day was CD 16 where my temp was 96.44, CD 17 96.12, CD 18 97.22 (spike? ) and today CD 19 97.04.
Temping at 5 am every day. TIA

did you temp at all before CD16? that def appears to be a spike, but you really need it on a chart with more temps than the 4 you included in your post..

It can be as small as .4... looks to me like you definitely got your spike when you got the 97.xx

Yes, I've been temping since CD 2, sorry forgot to mention that  .
So the O actually occurs the day before 3 consecutive high days?

ovulation occured the day beforeyour temp spike.. were all your other temps in the 96 range? if so, you def ovulated!!!!
