Spike in Temp - Ovulating or Passed Ovulation?
ok, i've read & re-read all sorts of information on this, so i came here to find out what the consensus is because i'm not quite sure i understand this all on my own.
when charting your temp, the first day it spikes to more than .4-.6 degrees -
does this mean i have already ovulated and it's too late, or
does this mean i'm currently ovulating?
Thanks ladies!!!!!

aafter further research, i've answer my initial question before the question i asked here, which is the question i really wanted to know, which was , can we BD today if i ovulated already, and the answer is - of course we can, but i was most fertile right before my temp spiked.

BD, try not to get too anxious, because you will need three days of high temps to confirm ovulation.
