I feel like crying!! I have been sick for most of the vacation!! This is the worst part of teaching going back after the vacations!

ETS: I still have 6 more lesson plans to do!! I hate lesson plans!!

Of course I've left all my work to do tomorrow, I figured, why make myself miserable any other day!

what i hate the most is we dont get another break until april 13th. March is soooo long. i definaltey see a sick Friday in my future

I am making myself get up tomorrow morning at 5:45 to get myself back into the groove . No more 9am wake ups for me!!

I am so stressed, started having nightmares last night. So much to do when we get back...
but 6 weeks until April break! WE CAN DO IT!

Ok, here is my justification for not being too upset about the vacation ending...first, we have a mandatory conference on Monday, so there's no kids. We can ease back into the week, second, I am holding auditions for my Spring musical all week, so no classes, just auditions, three...the FOLLOWING week, the entire middle school will be on a trip, so I will have half my classload and four...the NEXT vacation is SPRING BREAK! Which means nicer weather and chirping birds are on their way! (ok, lame, but give me some credit, I'm trying to look on the bright side!)

I had such problems planning for March. My anxiety is our class play, which I've yet to start and the fact that February had so many things that were so hard to squeeze in, like V. Day, the 100th day, Presidents Day, Black History Month and Dental Awareness. Ay!!! March will be long, but it's already planned for me, that's for sure!

I have a crate of notebooks sitting in the trunk of my car. I've resolved to grade half of them tonight, with a little help from my friend Jack (Daniels, of course).

March is tough, I do extra help lessons in the mornings...report cards are due, which means more testing on the kids! YIKES

6 weeks till spring break???

Though we do have 2 conference days at the end of march and I have jury duty in the middle of the month... for once I actually WANT to get called!!!
