Talk to me about Sergio's in Massapequa
I'm thinking of having a family party for DS birthday party there. It's been a tough year for all of us and I think it would be easier to just have it at a place. Sergio's seemed like a great price and the food looked great. Has anyone else had a party here?

Never had a party there but use to go to dinner there all the time with my family prior to having kids. Mike is a great guy & the food is very good.

i went to a rehearsal dinner there last year and wasnt a fan of the food. also the room was kind of tight

My brother had his rehearsal dinner there.
We thought it was very good.
The room was a little tight, but, we managed (huge bridal party of 18, plus family members).
Food was good and service was good!

Go down the rd to Villa DAvanzo II in Amityville. great food and great prices, private room as well.

i think it's great, had DH 30th birthday there....
not fantastic... id definitly go back for a dinner before...
but hey its like $14, $18 or $20 per person.... i havent seen any other place with a price that low!!! id totally have a party there again, the owner is extremely personal and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy!! you wont get the most outstanding food ever, but you and your guests will be happy and you will get personal service...

I agree it's very "eh" - perfect description bc it's not bad but it's not good either. I love the food and space at Katy Daly's which is just down Merrick. I wish they'd update the decor in their private room but otherwise, I had a party for my DH there and my niece had her engagement party there as well and everyone raved over the food & service.
