I went to the BRU in Mass. today and they had a natural colored onepiece like the one you posted except it had a blue and brown trim (knitted). It was so beautiful. I didn't take a look at the sizes though.

stef, take a look at the baby gap luxe line...they have beautiful boy newborn take homes, and they have something very similar to what you posted in white/ecru...HTH!!
BTW, in the "boho baby" section, they also have a matching hat :)

I bought this in newborn size and it was HUGE on DS. He was 6 lbs. 6 oz. He came home in it anyway but he was lost in it! It looked small enought when I bought it, but huge once we saw the baby.
He wore it when he was 4 months old - just to try on because it was the summer when it fit him! 
Here he is at 4 months old in his coming home outfit.
How adorable!! I love it!

One of my students gave me this outfit from the Children's Place. It is newborn, so I'll be bringing a backup outfit just in case he's a big boy.
I'm due in early October, but I'll bring the white sweater in the picture just in case it's chilly. My grandma knitted that for my shower
