Who is going? If just you I would say $50-100, depends on what you can afford and how close you are to the couple. If your going as a couple I would double and family I would add a little more for kids.

for a friend's daughter, i wouldn't give more than $100.
my cousin is planning her second daughter's quinceanera (she has three girls). i gave the first one $300 to buy a drum kit, so i'm going to keep it at that amount for all three.
