I told my DH about this, and he said "If I had done that you would have been pizzed!"
And - honestly...I wouldn't have been. It would have been really sweet to me that he went through all that trouble and saved me the stress. I LOVE surprises. He did a big surprise for me for our engagement, and he but a lot of thought into it.

Really really sweet. I have to say, though, I would've been BEYOND furious if my husband had done this to me. Planning my wedding, being engaged, getting ready for my wedding, and being at the wedding that I planned down to the way the napkins were folded, those were some of the best times of my life. If he'd taken all that away from me, I wouldn't have been a happy camper. However, this guy obviously knew his bride because she totally dug it!!

OMG!!! I love it!! 
Eta: just thinking how amazing it would be if my dh could just walk into the room and be like... congratulations, you're a mom!! and then surprise me with a full term baby in my arms  Yea ok I think this whole ttc thing has gone to my head a little!!
