Re: Summer Schedule for SAHM
My husband and I are both teachers, so we are home all summer long with our son. We don't keep a schedule, but I do keep a bucket list of summer places to go and activities to do. I have a lot of things pinned on pinterest and try to get some of the materials in the beginning of the summer, so whenever the mood strikes we have the stuff we need to do science experiments, arts and crafts etc.
We also have two big vacations planned and a bunch of places we want to go for day trips (aquarium, zoo etc). I type up the list of places to visit and some family activities and hang it in the kitchen, so if anyone claims they are bored we just go to the list and choose something to do. Keeps us busy and makes the best use of our family time together. Day to day though, there is no set schedule. After getting up and getting out of the house every day for school, I love the more relaxed vibe of summer.

Re: Summer Schedule for SAHM
My 6yo goes to camps on and off through out hte summer. I dont have any set schedule on other days. I basically make a list of what we want to do and just fill in the blanks. Plan playdates as they come up/
I hate being on a schedule for the summer. All school year its like htat so we just play our free days by ear. The only reason I send him to camp is because HE likes knowing what he is doing every day and he loves his camp!
