Summer Infant Monitor Issues?
Has anyone had any problems with their monitor? Mine is 1 year old and I have barely used it much at all. It recently has been saying " No signal" a lot and breaks in and out. Now it just completely says 'No Signal" even when I'm standing in front of the camera. Only a white screen appears. Has anyone ever contacted Summer Infant about an issue? TIA

Yes, and the warranty is one year, so I suggest you call immediately if it is under a year.
Mine broke, my brother's broke and my friend's broke - they are made so poorly.

Yup, same here- broke.
Sound cut in & out, we had to rig a paper clip in the volume slot to cut down on static (it actually helped) but the thing is a piece of crap!
I was trying to be considerate when I was registering by going for the cheaper one but that didn't work out so great.

Summer Infant Monitor Issues?
I have Motorola but literally the same things are happening starting last night no sound on the parent monitor. I just. Called Motorola and with are over the 1 yr warranty by 1 month exactly and they are still honoring it and sending me a replacement. I just had to email my recipes.
Call them and ask

Summer Infant Monitor Issues?
We've been using Summer Infant monitors for almost 4 years now (2 different types of monitors) and only had to replace it once. As a PP said, the warranty is only a year though. Within the warranty, they will replace it for free. After that, they offer a small discount for a replacement. Their customer service is fantastic! Definitely give them a call!

Summer Infant Monitor Issues?
My charger stopped charging the handheld monitor and they sent me a new charger. It was over a year old and we had to pay for it.
