Summer Infant Monitor Issues?
Has anyone had any problems with their monitor? Mine is 1 year old and I have barely used it much at all. It recently has been saying " No signal" a lot and breaks in and out. Now it just completely says 'No Signal" even when I'm standing in front of the camera. Only a white screen appears. Has anyone ever contacted Summer Infant about an issue? TIA

I had to replace mine twice because the night vision stopped working and I couldn't see anything at night. I'm not impressed.

I had problems as well, it died after 8 months... I had to go to BBB and exchange it for a new one. So far (knock on wood) it hasn't died yet.

I had problems with mine. I called, and said I only used it for about six months, and they sent me a refurbished one. I was told that because it was less than a year, they will cover it. It was a discontinued one, that's why I got a refurbished one. If you call, tell them it's under a year. I also told them it was a gift, which it was. So they didn't ask for proof of purchase.

Summer Infant Monitor Issues?
I just started having problems with mine. The button on the top to turn the screen off & on is starting to not work.
