Summer infant monitor..issues
My dd is 18 months n the monitor just stopped working completely...im so ****** that this hsppened after only having it for a year n a half. Its not holding the charge n even when plugged in it just goes dead. I think it's more than the battery. Anyone have experience with summer and do u think there is hope to at least get somethimg towards a mew monitor?? Sux big time thank u!!!

If you bring it to BBB they will exchange it for a new one.

unfortunately the warranty is up after a year. The same thing happened to mine and i had to buy a whole new one. Summer will you sell you a refurbished one for $80 i think, but that wasn't worth it for me.

honestly, you are lucky you got 18 months out of it LOTS of people have had the same issue in less than 18 months, some less than 6 months.
our DS is 19 months and we can't unplug ours or it is instantly dead. we had to have ours replaced at 4 months for the same issue.
