I Love Summer Infant (Video Monitor)!
I just wanted to tell you guys who have Summer Infant monitors, their customer service so far is awesome!
I have the handheld day/night monitor and all of sudden i can't see the pic, the color is almost gone and it's so grainy and blurry.
I called them, they are sending me a slip to send it back and sending me a new one!
There wasn't a fight or questioning me at all!
One more reason to lovveee Summer.
How i will deal without my monitor for a couple days is another story, but I am so happy they were so helpful!

That's great!
Mine never had color - its always "night vision" looking even during hte day. Does yours really have "color" like they show on the box?

Mine used too, it used to be full brilliant color, now it's like yours, it looks like nightvision even during the day. Forget at night, i can't even see DD's face it's blurry aand grainy.
I read though the camera shouldn't be more than 6-8 feet from the crib. We didn't move ours, it just got nasty over time.
