Regular sugar for me.
I don't like the idea of adding chemicals to stuff.
However I will eat a twinkie, which is nothing but chemicals. I'm a conundrum.

Sometimes Splenda, but more often than not, no sugar. I've cut it all out of my diet.

I only put sugar in coffee (not on cereal or stuff like that), and for this I like sugar in the raw. Just one packet and it's heavenly

The rare times I add sugar to my tea, it's sugar in the raw.
Don't like adding sugar to anything...though, like leighla, I am also a conundrum b/c I will gladly eat a Twinkie (or 2)

Being diabetic, and also not really able to handle sweets after my bypass surgery, I TRY to stay away from all sugar. But I have to sweeten my coffee so I add Splenda.....
Oh, but I do have mocha frappachinos from Starbucks though.....thankfully, that doesn't seem to affect me!

That about sums up my food philosophy as well.
However, I don't put sugar of any type in my tea or on my cereal, and I don't like coffee.
But I don't buy things with artifical sweeteners in them.

Ditto, for the diabetic reasons.... Splenda doesn't have the aftertaste that Sweet and Low has, so I like that much better.

I drink diet soda, but use regular sugar when adding it to a beverage (coffee or tea..only about a teaspoon)
I cannot stomach Splenda (literally) or anything sweetened with it. it's bad news.

Ive been using Equal now for years. I've heard it causes cancer in lab rats - Has anyone heard this or have any solid evidence to back this up?
I love using Sugar in the Raw but its not always available.

i love splenda- use it everyday. i'm sure there's a risk using it but eveything carries a risk, so...
if i used regular sugar, i would have to use alot of it, which would not be good for me, so i use 2 packets of splenda a day. i carry it everywhere i go, hehe.
