Such a silly question
Ok so this probably goes back to 2nd grade math but reading all these different things just has me all types of confused lol. I always knew that I had a 28 day cycle but now i'm wondering if I've been counting wrong all this time. For example last month I got AF on sept. 13th and this month it came on Oct. 11th to me that is 28 days but when I read things regarding cycles it says to count from the first day of your period am I confusing ovulation and AF?

I don't really understand your question. If you got AF on 9/13 and 10/11 then yes, you have a 28 day cycle. Where does ovulation come in? Are you asking about your LP (luteal phase)?
You count from day 1 of AF to day 1 of your next AF to figure out cycle length.

Yea sorry for the confusion I don't really understand my question either I thought that it was saying that I would need to count the 13th as day one but that would make my cycle 29 days which obviously it isn't. Nevermind though I figured it out I'm just reading too much into things

Re: Such a silly question
the first day of your period is day 1. so when your october period starts thats day 1 of the next cycle. so yes it is 28 days
