chinese food right?

I have been craving this and was thinking of having for lunch?

Not sure why I am thinking this is a no-no but I hope it's not!

Yes it's fine to eat. I just always make sure they don't use msg.

I ate it plenty of times for the first 7 months, no problem.

Just watch out for when you're in your 3rd tri and retaining fluid like it's going out of style... I had Chinese food last week (at 33w) and the next day my hands and feet were so swollen, I almost ran to my OB's office thinking I had toxemia. Must have been all the sodium and MSG. So I'm laying off the Chinese food until after I deliver from now on.

I will eat it as long as there is no MSG. Right now I'm in the first trimester and can't even think about Chinese :(

I agree. The only thing I was thinking might be the sodium...but def. later on.
