Stupid question about CD1
If you get AF at like 8pm, is that CD1? Or is the next day (the first full day of AF) CD1?

if its red and def there, then that day counts as cd1. if its just spotting or brownish, then its the next day. sorry if too graphic

I read on some website, I'll try to find it, that if it happens after 4 pm to count it as the next day.

According to my RE if it's after 4 PM than you count the next day as CD1.

I'm fairly certain that tomorrow counts as CD1.
My CBEFM has me count the next day as CD1.
