Stress and TTC
Hi Ladies...
I haven't been around in a bit...DH and I have been house hunting...
We are now in our second contract on a house - first one had major structural issues...
So anyway...my cycles last month and this month seem to be much longer...do you think this could be due to the stress of house hunting/buying?? My LP has stayed the same - 15 days...but my cycles have been 37 days long...
Needless to say - we havent been TTC the last two months...its been too hectic - and we have missed my O period...so I am not even counting these last two months as trying...

Re: Stress and TTC
Yes, stress can definitely mess with your cycles and change when you O. I usually O around day 20, but 2 months ago I was having my kitchen redone and it was stressing me out big time, and I ended up Oing a week late. I hope everything works out with the house!!

Alot can mess with your cycles. I know mine have ranged from 27 days to 35 days? It's crazy not know when that AF will show!

Re: Stress and TTC
100% yes, stress can affect the length of your cycle. It can delay ovulation so even though your LP will stay constant (which is the norm), if you O late, then your cycle will be longer.
